Pueblo Dog Training Club is the oldest obedience
training club in Tucson (established in 1948). Our club's philosophy and
approach is:
We do not train your dog.
We train YOU to train your dog.
Our club's
goal is to help owners understand and enjoy their pets by forming and
strengthening the bond between dogs and their owners.
Old Pueblo Dog Training Club
offers:
experienced
instructors, proven,
gentle, positive training methods,
AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy program emphasizing socialization and obedience,
basic
obedience classes for the family companion,
training
for obedience competition,
rally
classes for fun as well as competition,
fun with your canine companion class,
two
AKC obedience and rally trials each year, and
Canine
Good Citizen training and tests, (click for information).
Training classes for the public and for competitive obedience exhibitors
are taught at Gene C. Reid Park at the corner of Country Club and 22nd
Street. Purebred and mixed-breed dogs are welcome.
