Class Offerings

Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
The Canine Good Citizen program, created by the American Kennel Club in 1989, teaches dogs basic obedience and good manners at home and in public. Each class prepares handlers and their dogs for the CGC test, with the final session offering the official evaluation. Dogs that pass receive paperwork to submit to the AKC for an official CGC certificate, and the CGC is now recognized as an AKC title for registered dogs.

Rally Novice
This class is designed for dogs 6 months and older to learn rally signs at the Novice levels. Dogs should be comfortable working around others, able to walk on a loose leash, and respond reliably to basic commands such as sit, down, and stay. This class is not suitable for reactive dogs.
